ACTIVITIES in Spain
THE COVID 19 EMERGENCY MOBILITY
The Spanish mobility was supposed to take place in April 2020, tragic date...
It was posponned to 2021 but finally due to the restrictions we could not do it as it was design in origin.
We decided to take advantage of it and design a new mobility with the same activities as long as the project was concerned but working with a common drive were our students uploaded all the information, videos and material needed to acomplish them. Groups of Spanish students lead each activity and we also had two online general meetings attended by more than 200 students and teachers.
RCP TRAINING
One easy eay to help the others is to know how to provided First Aid Care when it is required. At those moments it is very important to keep calm and know how to react and that is much easier when specifical training has been provided.
Our students toutgh the others trough videos and the instructions were carried out in all the partner Schools.
HEALTHY DIET = MEDITERRANEAN DIET
Another group of students prepared videos and a book of recipes with some of the most famous and healthy dishes of the Spanish "cuisine":

Groups of students in all the other countries tried them at home or at the School, so now they can cook as proper Spanish.
MEDIATION, CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND MINDFULNESS
Our mediation Team, with other students prepared material to show to our partners how we deal with stress and conflicts.
A meditation based on Almeria´s landscapes was produced and some of the students get so relaxed that they felt aslept, that's why the pictures is before the meditation...
ONLINE GOODBYE PARTY
To end the mobility we had a videoconference to comment the results of each activity, summarise the experience and play some music.
All the participants were allowed to express their opinion about all the activities and how they will help to improve their daily lives at School.
